Anyone have problems accessing purchases in their library?

I have downloaded the AppleTV App to my Xbox but my library is missing some movies and others will not playback. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to contact Apple support about this.

Purchases don’t show up in Library So maybe only about 1/4 of my iTunes movies/shows show up in Library. The rest do not. They DO show up on my iPhone and iPad, but not the Apple TV app for my ROKU. I’ve tried logging out and back in as well as reinstalling the app. For whatever reason it won’t show all of my purchases so I can watch stuff that I bought.

Most TV show purchases not showing up on Firestick Apple TV app AppleTV app on Firestick doesn’t show all of the purchased items from iTunes. When I go to the Library tab and then down to TV shows, only 1 TV show appears in my library. I have purchased about 20. Anyone seen this?

Purchased Movie not showing up in AppleTV library I purchased John Wick Chapter 2 from iTunes a few years ago. It is not showing up in my library. When I try play it in "Now Playing" i tries to get me to purchase it. When I do, it says I already own the movie and asks if I want to download. I press download and nothing happens. It will not play or show up in my library.
