Purchases don’t show up in Library

So maybe only about 1/4 of my iTunes movies/shows show up in Library. The rest do not. They DO show up on my iPhone and iPad, but not the Apple TV app for my ROKU. I’ve tried logging out and back in as well as reinstalling the app. For whatever reason it won’t show all of my purchases so I can watch stuff that I bought.
