Where time is displayed

Is it possible to move where it is on my home page? For example, Instead of top center, can it move to bottom center?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

Unfortunately, it is not possible to move the clock in the status bar.

want time and date up all the time I would like the top bar with date, time, etc to be displayed continually. It used to be but now you have to move curser every time you want to see it.
