Blood Oxygen, ECG and Irregular Rhythm Notification app not available in my region

When I tried to setup Blood Oxygen, ECG and Irregular Rhythm Notification apps on ma apple watch I get message that those features are not available in my region, although on apple web site my region (Croatia) is listed as supporter region for those apps.

Do anyone know what is all about and how to overcome this problem? It is realy frustrating keeping in mind that I bought Apple Watch series 6 because these features.

I have just updated OS on both devices to the latest versions and Blood Oxigen app is working now.

ECG and Irregular Rhythm Notification are still not working. Maybe reason is because I am these days located in Serbia (not supported country) but Apple Watch is bought in Croatia and my Apple ID Region is Croatia (supported country). Can this be the issue?

Yes it can and here's why;

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.

Probably that is the reason. Thank you. I will try to enable ECG app when I come back to Croatia.
