2012 Mac book pro Our 2012 Mac Book Pro will not start. We plugged it in and held down the power button but nothing. It's had no problems otherwise. I added new ram over a year ago.

After having verified the charger and the cable are good, and having given the Mac several hours to try to charge...

Use the Get Support link in the upper right, and discuss this with Apple.
