my mac book pro from 2018 A1990 doesnot charge or make any sounds, completely dead, have charged in all 4 ports, used all the pressing key suggestions to no avail. any suggestions?

Try unplugging the charger from the electrical outlet for a minute to reset the charger's internal circuitry.
Try an SMC Reset.
If you don't have another charger and charging cable, then your only option is to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to repair the laptop.
