If you have Caller ID turned on for your account, your Caller ID should be sent out by your cellular carrier when you make a call. To check, go to Settings>Phone>Show My Caller ID>ON. If you do not see this setting, you will need to call your cellular carrier. Not all carriers allow this change to be done by users on their phones.
