Apple Music

Hi,

I just went into my Apple Music app and over 75 % of my music is gone. It says I have no subscription when I have a student account and have had Apple Music for a few years now. What can I do to fix this issue?!

Can not access to apple music subscription Hello, I have an issue with my apple music subscription. I have paid the bill on May 16 but today I could not access to search or play my songs. All songs I downloaded were disappeared. I deleted app and re-downloaded. I logged out my acc and re-signed in again. Can you have me find the root of issue and solve my problem. Thank you!
