Hello, I tried to add PayPal as a payment option and every time I tried it wouldn't accept my zip code saying it's invalid. My zip code is the same in all my settings and it always shows me the message that my zip code needs to have 5 digits when it already has all 5 digits. Also, whenever I try to submit my card to Apple Pay my it says my card is invalid even though I regularly use it.
PayPal cannot be used with Apple Pay but you can use it for a payment method for your Apple ID but you will have to verify each and every transaction. Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Start by going to this link - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ignore the title of the link. if you are still stuck go to this link - iTunes - Official Apple Support
I didn't try to use PayPal with Apple Pay I tried to use it as a payment method but it wouldn't accept my zip code as valid. When that didn't work I tried putting my card details(not PayPal info) in Apple Pay but Apple Pay wouldn't accept my card.
