Apple Watch Series 3

Why can't I change the stand and exercise goals for my apple watch? It says I can only change the move goals. If you can change it, how do you do that?

Why can't I change my stand and exercise goals on Apple Watch Series 2? Whenever I look up how to change my apple watch goals, I get the same results telling me to scroll down to see the "change goals" button. I do not have this button. If I long press any of the rings on my watch, an option comes up for me to adjust only the move goal. I've tried this 100 times. Is there any way on either on my phone or on the watch to adjust the stand and exercise goals?

Goals on apple watch My watch only lets me change my move goal, not my stand goal or excersize minutes. How do you change the exercise and stand goals??

Apple Watch 3: setting activity goals I own the Apple Watch 3 and software is updated. I want to change my move, exercise and stand goals. On my watch I open the activity app, tap the and hold my finger on screen, then it takes me to the option to “change move goals”. However it does not offer the “next” option to change exercise and stand goals. It only offers “update”. please advise.

You need to be running watchOS7 for that feature;
