ECG Setup not working

I have the ECG App on my watch. But it says "To set up ECG open the Health app on your phone". Did that on my phone and it tells me ECG is not available in my region. Phone (12Pro) and watch(S6) bought in the US but currently used in Ghana. Help please

It won't work because Ghana haven't approved the ECG app yet;
