I received an Apple security notification telling me that viruses have been detected on my iPhone 8 and the battery has been infected and damaged. I was instructed to download and run an app called CHAMY VPN to get rid of the malware. I download the app I was asked to give access to add VPN configurations, allowing for the monitoring of all network activity by VPN. Is this legitimate? Safe? Thank you
