Trade In

Hello,

I am trying to learn more about the apple trade-in program. I have two iPhones that I want to trade in, in exchange for credit towards a new iPhone SE. My first question is: Is it possible with all of the new Covid-19 laws, for me to do an in-person trade-in, or is it only available online? And my second question is: if in-person trade-in is possible, how do they evaluate how much my phones are worth? I have a refurbished iPhone that I have been told has a few issues. It looks and works fine for the most part, but it is definitely not in "perfect" condition.
