I have a question regarding this, Do I need to send my old phone before it arrives or only When it arrives and i am able to set everything up. Also if im doing it all in one payment how does apple give me the money from my trade in value
If you arranged the trade online while ordering a new phone they send you the trade-in box around the same time as they ship the new iPhone. The trade box may arrive a couple of days after the new phone. They credit the payment method you used to purchase the new phone for the value of the trade, after it is received and evaluated.
