I have an Apple TV 4K with my apps. Of all the app’s Netflix is not opening. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but it won’t open to play. I haven’t unplugged the box and plugged it back in yet. I need a troubleshooter.

It seems the latest update of the Netflix app requires that the Apple TV is updated to the latest version tvOS. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support
I upgraded Apple TV with iOS 14. Now do Netflix work.

Thank you, it works now. I wish they would let you know somehow instead of having to Google it, call Apple or do what I did. To much trouble just to get the subscription to work.
