Netflix on Apple TV 4K

Just installed my new Apple TV 4K and on it installed the Netflix app but it does not want to open - has a blue dot next it and when I click on it, it just flashes up and disappears. Could not get to a screen to sign in on it even.

Help is highly appreciated

Got a new Apple TV HD and can’t get Netflix app to open I just got a new Apple TV HD device and I downloaded the Netflix app to it. But I selected to open it and it doesn’t open. I have other apps that I downloaded that open just fine. Does anyone know if this is an Apple problem? I’ve been on a chat with the Netflix support and they think it’s not a Netflix problem.

Apple TV and Netflix I have used Netflix for awhile on Apple TV and today when I try the link it gives a quick flash and will not open up, have tried restart , unplugged unit, also deleted the app and reinstalled?????????????
