AppleTV+ credit

Why don't the 3 month $4.99 credits show up in my balance? And why was it not applied to a movie purchase? How do I get a refund?

If you were supposed to receive a credit and didn't then you would need to contact Apple support. If you made another purchase before checking the balance then you would need to request a refund, be aware that it would be up to their discretion.
