iOS 14.3 update issues with texts(SMS) & phone calls

Can’t send SMS texts to android users but can send the screenshot of the undelivered messages. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t receive any notifications of texts or phone calls now since the update. I also will get calls where I cannot stop the phone from ringing even though I answered it. It will continue to ring as the phone just says “Audio Null” even from fellow iPhone users (see screenshot). Super embarrassing in public since the only way to get the phone to stop is to power down the phone completely. Anyone else have this issue?

(Side note: I was playing a mission in Ghost of Tsushima 😅)
