I have an XR and my screen is totally frozen. You cannot swipe to power off. When I do a force restart, ie. Press Up volume once, press Down volume once, and then hold side button down until apple logo starts. Comes back to home screen but it is still frozen. I have tried several times. Anyone have a solution?
