airpods playing out loud
hi my airpods series 1 is playing music out of the outer speaker or out loud. iv tried to reset them it helps a little with the quality of the sound but their still playing out loud. what can i do?

To get started, which device do you have your AirPods paired with? Does the issue persist if you connect your AirPods with another device? If you primarily use your AirPods with an Android device, we'd recommend testing with an iOS/iPadOS device to isolate the issue further.
