Upgrade to Catalina

How do I upgrade to Catalina not Big Sur from High Sierra? I need 10.15 I don't want to upgrade to Big Sur. There is no option in the App Store for Catalina.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup).

Try the standalone 10.15.6 in Safe Mode, but not using Firefox...
