i have a iphone 6s plus and its disabled i icloud erased the phone but since its not connected to internet it wont erase

To fix an iPhone that is disabled, you need to follow the steps here to be able to use the device again. If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
