Is it possible to add a child over 13 to Family Sharing? When I try to add my 13-year-old so she can have an AppleID under Family Sharing, the app grays out the date options in the drop-down. She is a minor without her own credit card, so I need the "Ask to Buy" option. Thanks!

You should be able to add a child over 13 without issue. Make sure you’re following the steps in this link when creating their Apple ID and see if this has any impact on this:
