no room on apple watch
How do I delete apps that Apple does not allow you to delete? I have all apps deleted that you can delete, and still have "no room for update" on my series 3 watchOS 7.1 watch. What can I do?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this deletes temporary and corrupted files
and also clears the system cache freeing up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.
