IPHONE 12 pro Max camera Lens cracked

My 12 Pro Max had an entirely cracked back screen within 3 days. It appeared to come from the weakest link which was the camera. I had my iPhone X for 3 years without a crack. In fact, I don't think I've ever broken or cracked a screen. I took it back and paid $99 and got a new one. This time I invested in a screen not only for the front, but also for the back and the camera. Within 2 more weeks, my camera screen is totally cracked again. This is obviously a defect of the iphone 12. The repair people say it is a HUGE probelem. Only for hte customer of course bc Apple know we will all pay the $99 additional dollars each time for a new one. I hate APPLE.

This is an obvious flaw in the device. I’ve had my phone replaced once and 2 days later it was cracked again. I have apple carr and paid $100 for the replacement. I’m not wanting to do it again. What the **** Apple?

Apple support is absolute trash. Same thing happened to me and all they will do is charge me $600 to repair. Rude AF personnel as well.

Need to get my camera lense repair. I have a crack in it. Do not know how and why. I have apple care. Thanks, AA

If “they” means Apple Support, then you have received your answer.

It is a huge problem with this model. I mean look at the camera lenses. THere is no way to protect them. They are the weakest link and by design.

I was told it was a problem but not a BIG enough problem for them to come up with a solution were we won’t have to pay $600 w/o Apple care or $100 w/ it

I’ve had 2 cracked lenses in 3 months. So frustrating. I bought an after market cover .

there was no way to fix mine either, phone was replaced for free
