screen capture keystrokes not working
shift command 4 stopped working to select screen capture; mac
just goes "bing!"

A very easy fix I found is as follows:
- Access keyboard from the preferences menu, then select short-cuts.
- You'll notice an instruction at the top of the list of commands, "To change a shortcut, select it, etc."
- Click the key combination, and type in the same key combination.
- This effectively re-programs the keystroke combo, restoring the function.
