HI its been the second time that my keyboard won't light up and I have called apple support 3 times regarding this enquiry and they run a few tests on the Mac and they can't find a solution how to turn my Mac keyboard on . Also the advisor said that will get this sorted for me but unfortunatley never heard a message or phone call back from them.
