Cannot move yet to Big Sur, how to update to Catalina macOS instead

I'm in Mojave macOS (latest version) but cannot move yet to Big Sur,

How I can upgrade to macOS Catalina? please, share a link to download the installer, since Catalina has been removed from App Store.
