Monster smart app

I tried to enable Bluetooth on monster smart from the app. But it does not ask for permission in the app for me to enable Bluetooth on it. Yes I have already tried settings>privacy>Bluetooth. It’s not there. It does not show the request for Bluetooth.

App clip is displayed for privacy even though it is not using Bluetooth Even though we’re turning off Bluetooth, the app clip is displayed in the privacy. Is it possible not to allow apps due to privacy restrictions? It seems that there used to be that setting item, but it doesn't exist now. Bluetooth is not allowed due to privacy restrictions.
