Gray screen with circle. Can get to utilities screen but first aid can’t fix second HD entry. Says it can’t find OS.

Please refer to Startup Screens Troubleshooting Steps, if you get to the end of the troubleshooting steps and it still will not start that means it is a hardware problem and time to take the computer to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be diagnosed.
