Watch purchase
I’m buying an Apple Watch se for my daughter who lives in another province. Do I contact a store near her or do I purchase it thru the apple website directly?

If the same country, then you can buy it online. If a different country, then it would be best to gift her the money and let her buy it in the country she resides.
NOTE: since you say province, I do assume you are in the same country, so it should be OK.
