unable to backup my iphone 11 via USB port to my computer (via itunes). Is there any other way to back up my iphone, other than icloud? Need to backup existing phone before I factory reset - will reinstall backup information on new device.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you can't connect your phone to your computer because you have a damaged port on the computer, you can't backup to your computer. Get your computer fixed if that is how you want to backup. Otherwise, use iCloud.
