How do I downgrade from macOS Big Sur to mac OS Catalina?

Hi everyone,

I'm using the MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) with the macOS Big Sur operating system, but I want to go back to macOS Catalina (downgrade).

What are the methods? and where I could find information to make this return.
