Safari on iPad Pro
I can't get a Safari Toolbar when I go to Safari on my new iPad Pro.

What kind of toolbar are you looking for exactly?
You can turn on the Favorites Bar to show links you saved in the Bookmarks Favorites folder. The option is in Settings App->Safari->Favorites Bar.
You can also point the Favorites folder to any folder created in Bookmarks.
