After iOS 17 (and 17.0.1) unable to move Safari search bar to bottom

Settings -> Safari -> TABS -> Toggle the selection from "Single Tab" to "Tab Bar".

This change will instantly take effect.

Move search bar in Safari on iPad iOS 18 I would like to move the position of the search bar on my iPad with iOS 18. I’ve looked through Settings in the Safari app and through the Settings app and cannot find any options to do this. Is this possible or did this feature get removed?

Open the Settings App

Find and tap Safari

Scan towards the bottom and choose where you want the search bar (top or bottom)
