Not compatible w/BigSur, needs to upgrade to Catalina
I have a late 2013 iMac with macOS Sierra. it is not compatible to upgrade to BigSur. How can I upgrade to Catalina? Thank you

I followed your instructions, but I do not find Catalina in the Apple Store nor in the Preferences / Software Updates. I do not know where to look for the Catalina download. Can you help me?
The link that takes me to the iTunes store no longer has Catalina available. Does that mean that if you didn't update to Catalina already you can no longer do so? I have 32bit apps that I have held onto but will soon be willing to move to Catalina. For various reasons I do not wish to move to Big Sur. Is updating to Catalina no longer possible?
