iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)

Question

I have a iMac (27-inch, Late 2013 is there a reason why I can't upgrade to Catalina ? It seems to meet the requirements.

Run this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.

sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored

Right now it is allowing me to download the update so that is farther then I got before...
