Big Sur isn't installing Installation Failed

Can't get Big Sur to install on my iMac and Mac Air. Both are up to date with last release of OS. Have attempted multiple install and get the same error message: An error occurred while installing the selected updates.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

Thanks! I have been checking all day, the servers might be overwhelmed. I’m still not getting it initiated properly.
