My mac will not install update for macOS Catalina 10.15.7
My Mac will not install the recent update for macOS Catalina 10.15.7. It keeps restarting when I click restart but the update will not install. Suggestions?

Boot into SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
and try again launching the installer.
If need be from Safari you can download a stand alone update:
Combo update macOS 10.15.7 https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2052?locale=en_US
