When I try to update my mac with macOS Catalina 10.15.5. I click "update now," the computer restarts. But software update is still available for my mac and my system is 10.15.4 still. Help!

When trying any download from Apples servers it is best to use a cabled connection.
Download the standalone Combo update from here,
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2040?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
once downloaded double-click to install.
