When I try to log into FaceTime and iMessage, I get the same pop up saying there was an error trying to activate my Apple-ID, I have tried to do some tutorials on youtube, but none of them helped, I really need some answers/help.

Follow all steps here If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
