I logged out my iCloud and I have my old number as my trusted phone numbers and I can log back in can someone help?

I logged out my icloud because I couldn’t update my phone to ios 14 and and now I’m trying to log back in because I updated it and it’s asking me for these 2 phone numbers that I don’t use anymore and that’s the only way of logging back in ,can someone help with this problem?
