Trusted Phone Number Change So I have two old iCloud accounts that I need help accessing.. I have the passwords for them, but I just don't remember my old trusted phone numbers that I had set up to access them.. When I try logging-in it says that the accounts were disabled for security reasons and then direct me to enter the trusted phone numbers I used for the two-safe authenticator.. I logged out my icloud because I couldn’t update my phone to ios 14 and and now I’m trying to log back in because I updated it and it’s asking me for these 2 phone numbers that I don’t use anymore and that’s the only way of logging back in ,can someone help with this problem?

You may need account recovery -- Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
