iCloud storage

I had an email saying my storage was full and did I want to pay 0.79 per month...........I’m already paying that so do not understand what I’m paying for.

Are you certain the email was legitimately from Apple -- Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
