Hi,
I am trying to add two payment methods, one for personal and one for work so I can make sure payments come out of the right cards but after lots of searching I can’t figure out how to set this up. I am only able to change which payment is the default.
can someone please help?

You can have multiple cards set up, but only one default card at a time.
