Partial internet connection

Every device on my network can connect to my network as can my MacBook Pro. All other devices can connect to the internet via wifi except for my MacBook Pro (13" Dual i7 core, 16 GB RAM, Disk space only ½ used, running Catalina 10.15.7). My MacBook Pro can only connect through an add-on internet cable connection. Why?

If your Mac doesn't connect to the Internet over Wi-Fi - Apple Support.
