Apple Watch

I would like to cancel the watch connection to my old Apple account and associate it with a new account and to remove the old data I tried to open my old account in order to be able to open the watch and remove the data so I wrote apple ID and password and I could not enter the watch to annoy the old data as I tried to change the email and enter from the new apple ID from My new phone, and I couldn't call and support, so I couldn't pair the watch with my new phone
