Hello when I try to save powerpoint files and word files I only get the option to save it to onedrive but I want to save it to my documents on my Mac. Does someone know a solution to this problem?

Use Save As, then navigate to your Documents folder on Your Computer.
I can't do this? I have tried many times
I don't know what happend but when I started screen recording it worked all of a sudden after 3+ hours of trying. Still want to thank you for helping.
