Currently on iOS13.6 (iPhone 8). Every time i try to update to iOS 14 (from iTunes or directly from phone), I get an error 4000 and the update fails.
Suggestions to fix please!

I have read elsewhere that deactivating your pass code and lock screen will allow the upgrade to occur (no error rec'd). Problem is that this is a corporate issued phone so i don't have ability to deactivate the pass code and lock screen.

This worked for me. Using Microsoft Store's version of iTunes (updated) with an iPhone XS that was running 13.7. Turning off passcode allowed me to update iOS via iTunes.
Why am i getting error 4000 when trying to update to iOS 14?
