cannot update ios 14.2
hai..i want to update ios 14.2 for my iphone 7.while update process,it suddenly show ( an unknown error occurred (4000).what should i do?

It is a bug with ITunes for Windows.
Until it is fixed you can eithet
- Use WiFi instead, (Settings, General, Software update) or
- If you want to use the PC you should disable Passcode temporarily on the phone, though this will affect some apps like Apple Pay
